Archive and Library 

The Archive Section, which is part of the Study and Diffusion department of the Shrine of Fatima, is in charge of the integrated management of information of a probative, administrative and legal nature. The Audiovisual Archive (also known as Photographic Archive) forms part of the Archive of the Shrine of Fatima, whose mission is to report and document the everyday life of the Shrine of Fatima and to manage all the information that emerges from the Shrine as well. 

The Library Section of the Study and Diffusion Department detains a spoil that documents bibliographically the “Fatima” phenomenon, placing it in the context of the historical, social, ideological, anthropological and theological scope.

Amidst the elements that the Study and Diffusion Department gathers, there’s also the record of the expressions that substantiate the Cult of Our Lady of Fatima in the world.
